Serenity House

Serenity House is a come as you are community drop-in center for women and gender-nonconforming people living at the intersection of drug use, sex work, and housing insecurity. We have been open in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia since 2017.

At Serenity House, participants have access to free showers, clothing, hot meals, a nap room, and emotional support from peers and volunteers.

By building strong ties in the neighborhood and responding to the needs of our participants, we work to reduce the harms associated with the criminalization of drug use, sex work, and homelessness.
